Description: Both buildings located in one of the highest points in Peekskill N. Y. overlooking the Hudson River the properties were bought from the Catholic Organization by Ginsburg development, as part of the purchase agreement the Chapel Hill and Saint Germaine were to be restored. The buildings had been abandoned for over 20 years; we were selected to restore the exterior of both buildings and interior space modification to accommodate the new condo use, the work was completed on time with other masonry work added to our scope of work by Ginsburg Development
